Hungarian Vocabulary

Question Words

The question words, plus some ready-made questions you will use every day. A yes/no question needs no special word: just raise your voice on the second-to-last syllable. Beszél angolul? (Do you speak English?) A question word always goes straight before the verb: Hol laksz? (Where do you live?) The full list with case forms is on the Pronouns page.
